Andy is a highly experienced and SFIA Level 6 qualified Lead Enterprise, Business, and Solution Architect with over a decade of leveraging architecture to drive and support business change. He brings extensive expertise in designing a wide range of architectures, modelling organisations and business processes, and developing robust, technology enabled solutions.

With a strong foundation in Requirements and Project Management, Andy has a deep understanding of end-to-end capability delivery - from requirements elicitation through to solution acceptance. He has recently led the design and development of IT solutions that address complex needs within challenging timelines, demonstrating his ability to deliver under pressure.

As a seasoned Lead Architect, Andy excels in building and guiding high-performing teams. He is skilled at mentoring and developing architects and engineers, enhancing their analytical and architectural capabilities, and empowering them to work independently and effectively.
